SEATBELT CHECKS

Marah Hinrichs, Emily Erickson, and Callie Gaskill along with the Aurora Police Department conducted random seatbelt checks in the school parking lot. They took on this project as part of their STAR event and to spread the knowledge that seatbelts save lives. They later painted "Buckle up" onto the school parking lot to serve as a daily reminder.

DONATION DRIVE

The Aurora FCCLA chapter participated in a donation drive for a community service project. In this project, we all collectively pitched in useful items to give to nurses and doctors at the local hospital. We used this project as a way to say "we see you" and thank them for all of their hard work during COVID-19.

COFFEE CART

The Aurora FCCLA has a coffee cart named the Hyper Husky. While unfortunately, we could not sell coffee this year, look for us in the school hallways next year! We look forward to getting the Hyper Husky back up and running! Seeing fresh faces every morning brings a little more joy to our day.
